A Night on the Town


Last night the Brits organized a pub night for us (so essentially they said, 'there is this bar we're going to tonight...want to come?) and since we saw them make an effort, we all got dressed and went to our first Chinese bar.

Maybe it was because Houston, the bar we went to, was new, but no one was there (when we left, 3 beers---less than $8---later, all of the other bars were packed). We spent 3 hours in this bar and were the only 6 people the entire time.

They were really nice though, they brought us some candles, some peanuts, a request sheet for music. All in all it was pretty fun. It really surprises me that we all get along (mostly that I actually like everyone). I know its only been 2 1/2 weeks, but I can tell pretty darn quick who's going to be the bee in my bonnet.














So far, no bees.
